At age 21, Chris purchased his first property to convert and resell. Many others followed over the years. This success encouraged him to keep learning about the industry.

Over the years, Chris has been involved in the conversion of many top properties in Malta including works at a Palazzo in St Barbara Bastions, Valletta, Character Homes from Gharghur to Zejtun, and local heritage monuments including the Barrakka Gate and guests quarters at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta.
